What are VRAI created diamonds?
VRAI created diamonds are sustainably grown in our zero-emission foundry. They are physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, but without the environmental or ethical toll.
How long does shipping take?
Since each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 10-14 business days for production. Once shipped, we offer complimentary overnight delivery within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most jewelry in its original condition. Please note that certain custom-designed pieces or engraved items may be final sale.
Do you offer a lifetime warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Every VRAI created diamond comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and a Diamond Grading Report.
Can I resize my ring after purchase?
We offer one complimentary resizing for most engagement rings and wedding bands within the first year of purchase, provided the design allows for adjustment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Affirm for qualifying customers.
