We offer a 30-day return policy on all VRAI created diamond jewelry to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original certification and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry, original diamond certificate, and packaging inside a shipping box; ensure the items are padded to prevent movement during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid, fully-insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous labels are covered.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team verifies the item's condition and diamond authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
